Lifety Life

So, life is moving quickly along, and not in any direction I seem to recognize from my childhood goals. It's funny how the currents mold you into a different direction. Sometimes your mind allows you a strength to paddle with it or even against it. Othertimes, you just get to move along.

I'm signing up for school. I'm quite excited about it, despite it still kind of feeling like a chore. However, it seems like a very good match for me as far as schools go. I'll have to gear myself up toward being exhausted all the time, which is what school tends to do to me. Also, I'll be working full time, which isn't ideal for school, but it sure is ideal for life!!

Really quickly, here's an article about managing. I did a lot of it at my last job (on the low-key side) and really not much of it here. I liked it and felt that it was a good thing that we all were working so well together. Maybe my future life will include working and managing people, but it is useful stuff to have in real life. Working with people is pretty much the way of life, whether you believe it or not, and you have to be effective at it in order to live effectively. That's just how life works. Or, maybe the ornery grumpy people have a semblance of life that works fine, but it's just not as fluid.
